Museum Passes

Available passes include Akron Art Museum, Akron Children's Museum, Akron Zoo, Hale Farm & Village, McKinley Presidential Library & Museum, and Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens. Tech Lending

With over 150 different lendable "Things" there is something for everyone!
Try your hand at playing music with a ukulele or MIDI keyboard, get crafty with sewing machines and papercraft kits, or level up your cooking with specialty kitchen tools. Planning a get-together or an outdoor adventure? We’ve got lawn games, pickleball paddles, birding kits, and even a metal detector.
Need tools for home repair or gardening? Borrow instead of buy with our toolkits. Dive into media creation with electronics like cameras, microphones, and drawing tablets—or bring back nostalgia with CD players, and media conversion devices.

Policies
Adult patrons with a CLEVNET Library card in good standing and an Equipment Loan Application on file can check out up to three "Things" at one time. These items cannot be checked out to a teacher card. For Library of Things Select Items (blue), checkout is restricted to patrons living in our service area and the surrounding communities.
Library of Things (L.O.T.) items are subject to overdue fines, which vary based on the type of "Thing" borrowed. Additionally, items returned to other libraries, in the bookdrop, broken, with missing pieces, or dirty will receive additional fines.
