Am I eligible?
To be eligible, you must live in the Twinsburg City School District and have an illness, disability, or caregiver responsibilities that prevent you from coming to the Library. This service is also available if you are temporarily homebound.
How do I sign up?
Sign up online, have someone pick up the form at a Library service desk or print a copy of the form. Paper forms can be dropped off at any Library service desk or faxed to (330) 425-3622. You may also call the Reference Desk at (330) 425-4268 x2 and a Home Delivery Team member will help you with the application.
Once you have submitted your application, a Home Delivery Team member will contact you about your application.
What materials can I have delivered?
Books, audiobooks, CDs, magazines, DVDs, and Blu-rays are available.
Can you just select materials for me? I have a friend who can pick them up.
Yes. Once you are part of the home delivery service, we are glad to select materials, check them out in advance, and hold them for pick-up. We just need to know what day your friend will be in.
What if my books become overdue, or even lost?
Home delivery patrons are not charged overdue fines for Twinsburg Public Library items. You are responsible for lost or damaged items, however. Also, materials from other libraries will be charged the appropriate overdue fines for those libraries.
I would like to volunteer to deliver materials. What should I do?
Contact the Adult Reference Desk at (330) 425-4268 x2 and a member of our Home Delivery Team will provide you with the application. Alternatively, you may fill out an online application.
